We want to help you get healthier, stronger and faster.  Our goal is for you to improve as an athlete by making sure that training not only balances with, but enhances the other areas of your life.


Our Approach

  • A Truly Customised Program – We will build your training plan around your goals, your schedule and your life.  Otherwise, what’s the point?

  • Keeping It Simple and Effective – We use power meters, heart rate monitors, GPS and others.  These are all great tools but not essential.  We keep our workouts easy to follow, efficient and deliver real benefits.

  • Lots of Communication – Like any great relationship, the Coach/Athlete dynamic thrives on dialogue.  We encourage feedback and discussion about training to get the most out of our partnership.  And if you want to talk about clothes you bought for your dog…we will listen too.
